By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms:

Type of commission:
- At the moment, I only offer physical commissioned artworks created in various mediums–which will be established in the beginning stages of your commission request.

All communication regarding commission work is to be done through e-mail.
Payment:
- All payments should be in USD via Paypal. I will send three invoices:
- The initial sketch fee will be $50 (applied to the project total)
- Then a 50% deposit upon sketch approval.
- The remaining 50%, plus shipping and handling fee when your painting is complete and you are 100% pleased with the finished piece.
- I ask that you make your payments within 24-48 hours of receiving your invoices. Please notify me when a payment has been sent! If there is an issue that arises, contact me immediately and we will discuss it further.
- Non-Payment; Remedies
- Any delinquent payments due shall bear interest at the highest applicable statutory rate in any jurisdiction in which the Agreement is made. If no such statutory rate applies, payment delinquencies shall bear interest at a rate of two and one-half percent (2.5%) per month. Client agrees that it shall bear responsibility for any fees incurred by Artist in enforcing this Agreement, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and court costs.
General guidelines:
- Please include visual references and a good description. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, etc.
- I can paint landscapes, portraits of pets, animals, still-lives, etc…
- Fanart: it depends, feel free to ask me about it or if you have any other questions.
- I will NOT take on commissions featuring anything offensive:
- I.e. nothing featuring content that may contain racially offensive, homophobic, transphobic, etc… imagery. Anything along those lines will NOT be tolerated/entertained.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Process:
- After the commission request, my Artwork Commission Agreement form will be sent out that you will need to review, sign, and send back to me via email. (I ask that you print, sign, and scan the completed form back to me. If you are unable to scan the document, please send me clear and legible photos of the document)
- Once I receive the agreement, and initial sketch fee ($50), I will start working and send 2-3 sketches so you can approve and request adjustments if necessary.
- After the initial sketches have been approved, and a 50% deposit has been received, I will update you on the process a few times (or upon request) until completion.
- Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge 25% extra.
- Once the artwork has been completed and you are happy with the final piece, I will package and ship your commissioned piece as well as send you a high-resolution image of the artwork via email that you can post online if you want.
- Commissions may take up to 8-16 weeks to complete. If delays arise, you will be notified.
Use:
- Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use is allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.
- You may resize or crop images of the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.
- By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and the physically tangible commissioned artwork. I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
- If you’d like the commission to remain private (not ever published anywhere), an extra can be charged and you must notify me prior to completion of the artwork
- You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.
- I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
Refunds and canceling:
- If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded 50% of what you’ve paid.
- If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.
This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
